BAD Dude Level I & II
Elite Takedown Club
Winter Youth Training
December 7th, 2016 - March 1st, 2017
Why participate in youth development at ETC?
Wrestling is a sport that should be loved by all. No matter your age or experience, we have a place for you at ETC. The purpose of these classes are to introduce young wrestlers to the sport while aiming to improve hand-eye coordination, flexibility, and core muscle strength. By the end of class we hope that all wrestlers have had tons of fun, familiarized themselves with basic wrestling positions, and have grown confident in the process.
BAD Dude Level I (Ages 3-4, 10 kids maximum)
Level I of our BAD Dude series will consist of our youngest scrappers. The focus of our Level I program will be integrating young wrestlers into wrestling positions. A typical practice will be one hour in length and will have aspects of flexibility, gymnastics, footwork, core strength, and an emphasis on FUN!
BAD Dude Level II (Ages 5+ years, 10 kids maximum)
Level II of our BAD Dude series will continue on the foundation laid by the BAD Dude Level I class. Level II athletes can expect further development into wrestling positions and moves while also attending to core strength development, flexibility, gymnastics, and FUN! During this class athletes will begin to see the integration from BAD Dude classes into our Elite program.
